1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:
    • All four sides of the package before opening.
    • The entire process of unboxing the product without any edits or interruptions.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

We will verify the issue based on the provided video and other necessary checks. A return or refund is applicable only if:

The packaging was intact before opening, and no external tampering is visible.

The product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our mistake.

4. Return & Refund Process

  • Submit your return request by contacting our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach the required unboxing video for verification.
  • After verification, if the return is approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the product back.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Important Notes

  • No refunds or returns will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
  • Any tampering or incomplete video evidence will lead to rejection of the return request.
  • Our decision after verification will be final.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
